On 28 November 2025, Cyclone Ditwah struck the heart of Sri Lanka, causing flooding and landslides : Two million people were affected and 20,000 homes were destroyed.

Our teams on the ground intervened in the regions of BADULLA (mountains), CHILAW (above NEGOMBO) and KANDY.

Thanks to your donations, we were able to bring in food, clear mud from a health centre, help families repair their homes and get a school back up and running.

Our teams are still on the ground and you can continue to help them. We need donations.
